Dear Audience, today’s globalization has drastically increased pressure on companies‘ products, service offers, and design and production processes. Innovation was the core topic of an event hosted by Roland Berger and Stuttgarter Zeitung . The panel discussion entitled „The value of innovation – How companies are competing for progress“ examined innovation and its paramount importance for the German state of Baden-Württemberg“.

As part of a series of conferences dealing with the „Future of the Baden-Württemberg region“, Thomas Rinn, Partner of Roland Berger and participants such as Volkmar Denner, Chairman of Robert Bosch GmbH’s Board of Management; Martina Koederitz, Chairlady of the Executive Board of IBM Deutschland GmbH; or Dieter Spath, Head of Fraunhofer IAO, talked about how companies in Baden-Württemberg, i.e. the most innovative region in Europe, can maintain or even extend their competitive edge.

Mr. Gleisberg helps companies successfully manage the transformation to greater competitiveness by being innovative.
